Some Achievements To Mention Would Be As Follows.
1) Design, Manufacture and installation of horizontal swing bridge bearings on Mapasa River in Goa, which has capacity of 700 ton. Unique feature of 90 deg. Rotation, faciliting navigation. Import substitution of skew bearings is successfully developed by us in 2008
2) Cable conveyor pulley of 2.134 m dia weighing 2 tons with special heat treated surface manufactured for national aluminum in 2009.
3) Decambering of rolled strips so that long members of commercial Vehicles of Tata Motors was possible to process savings of 60 % of Material requirement which would have scrapped.
4) We designed , manufactured and commissioned swivel bearings for Indias first horizontal swing bridge on river Mapusa ,Goa in 2009. This enabled the government to use navigation and road traffic over the river.
5) We possess patent for cover on foundry ladle. This helps to save energy going waste through the top from the molten metal when pouring castings and also from the ladle after pouring the metal so that the energy is saved which is used for preheating of ladle.
6) We also possess patent for preheating of steel scrap by using exhaust heat going waste through the fume extracting system.
